CORE was awarded a major package in Eggborough as part of a new industrial/commercial development for developers St Francis Group and CDP, known together as Core 62.
The location is the A19 to the north of Junction 34 M62 near Eggborough village to the south of Selby.
This is a package of works that includes; a new roundabout on A19, a new footpath linking to Eggborough village, on site roads and infrastructure and, modifications to the existing A645/A19 roundabout.
CORE’s scope of works included; earthworks, drainage, attenuation, road construction, lighting, signs, diversions of existing stats, new incoming services and landscaping.
The advance works order covers design and management in preparation for the main works which commenced on site in April 2023 with an overall duration of 15 months.
