CORE was awarded the spine road contract from our new client Glentrool Developments for a new road and associated drainage, services and associated highway elements in Sherburn in Elmet, North Yorkshire.
The site runs alongside the Sherburn 42 development, which is gradually being converted into a large industrial and distribution warehouse development (set across 15 hectares next to Sherburn Enterprise Park), and is situated at the former airfield – four miles from Junction 42 of the A1(M).
The package of works included design and CORE commenced on site in November 2022 with an overall duration of 20 weeks.
