Wakefield Hub

In April 2024, CORE was awarded a sizable project for developer Newmarket Lane Ltd (a joint venture partnership between Henry Boot Developments and Yorkcourt).

Wakefield Hub, one of the largest industrial developments in the North of England, is a former colliery that has been revitalised to provide 200-acres of industrial and logistics development and is an important scheme for both the city and the wider region.

The works content for CORE content relates to constructing a large HGV parking area and entrance works including; Site Preparation, Earthworks, Drainage, New services and utilities, lighting, Fencing/gates and a large concrete pavement.

The duration is 16 weeks.
