Middleton site update: drone footage

Back in March we were awarded another package of works by Marshall CDP for civils work at site in Leeds.

The full scope of the works briefly comprised:

– Re engineering of existing ground
– Removal/crushing of existing relic foundations
– Construction of retaining walls (circa 100m)
– Construction of new site entrance/Section 278 work
– Installation of parameter fencing

CDP required us to be on site immediately, which we did and complete the project the set deadline of 30 weeks to enable future retail-led development that will improve employment opportunities and retail premises in this area of Leeds.
