YET ANOTHER NEW contract award!

We are pleased to announce YET ANOTHER NEW contract award!

🏡 This award is for roads, sewers and plot works near Scarborough for our client Crest Nicholson plc.

Earlier this year members of the Scarborough and Whitby area planning committee voted unanimously to approve the major housing development on land at Racecourse Road, East Ayton and our works will commence this month with an expected works schedule of around 2 years.

The work content includes: site strip, earthworks, road construction, highway modifications, drainage, pump station, attenuation tank, and foundations and plot works to 56 new dwellings.

This is the second contact of residential infrastructure work awarded to CORE in as many months, confirming our leading position with the best regional housebuilders!
