CORE celebrates solid end to 2022 following £12m new contract wins!

We are delighted to have been awarded a series of impressive contracts in Yorkshire and beyond as we continue to expand our presence across the region.

Our reputation continues to grow within the commercial and residential housing sectors, with an increasing number of clients recognising our ability to deliver a huge variety of works to the optimum standard.

With the latest raft of new contracts boasting a combined value of circa £12m, we are ending 2022 on a high, having focused on creating long lasting relationships with existing clients and investing time and resources in developing new client relationships.

The expertise and experience of our team comes from many years of working in the construction industry, and their ambition is second to none. We look forward to a new year and continuing to deliver more significant projects with our strong team of talented individuals.

The latest contracts include:

  • The first part of a major contract for infrastructure works – part of the redevelopment of a former power station in East Yorkshire into a Business/Industrial Park.
  • A spine road contract for a new road, associated drainage, services and associated highway elements in Sherburn-in-Elmet, East Yorkshire.
  • A contract for remediation/enabling works as part of a new residential development.
  • A contract for highway modifications for a new commercial development that includes widening and altering a roundabout and the carriageway with associated crossings, lights, services and other highway works.
  • Another package of works for an existing house builder client that involves the removal and replacement of an existing failed culvert with a new 1800mm diameter concrete culvert adjacent a completed housing development.
