CORE picked for latest Lovell Homes site

CORE has been appointed to deliver groundworks and infrastructure for 53 new homes in East Riding of Yorkshire for Lovell Homes. 

CORE has started on site in Beverley – a new contract awarded by Lovell Partnerships Ltd – located on the former Longcroft Lower School site.

The 20 million mixed-tenure development will be entirely gas-free and will offer residents the benefits of environmentally friendly and energy-efficient living.

Construction is underway with the scope of works including: remediation, site strip, earthworks, road construction,drainage, attenuation tanks and foundations and plot works to 53 new dwellings.
